Introducing you to the ‘vaccinated vulnerable’
A new pandemic propaganda?
Yesterday, I stumbled upon a new terminology brewing within the vaccination war. It hasn’t gained traction yet, but I suspect that it most likely will. As if the U.S. isn’t polarized enough with the whole vaccinated vs. unvaccinated thing, I now bring to your attention the new political sensation of the “vaccinated vulnerable.”
I’m sure you’ve seen the comment sections erupt whenever the topic of vaccination is brought up. It tends to look like that one cafeteria scene from the movie Mean Girls. It is utter. Primal. Chaos. And we’re only a few “off-with-their-heads” shy away from being reintroduced to the antiquated chaos of the guillotine days.
Who Even Is That?
I did some digging into the “vaccinated vulnerable” term and apparently, the only relevant thing Google was able to direct me to is this editorial. It defines the “vaccinated vulnerable” as a separate group within the vaccinated classification, comprising of the elderly and immunocompromised.
Unfortunately, this group has always been more vulnerable to COVID-19, either due to age or prior health…
